Institute of Aviation Studies, Srinivas University Celebrated Traditional Day 2022
Mangaluru,20 July 2022; Students of Institute of Aviation Studies celebrated the ‘Traditional Day 2022’ on 19th July in order to promote ‘unity in diversity and also with the motive to keep our traditions alive’. Traditional day 2022 was held on 19th July 2022 at Institute of Aviation studies, Srinivas University, Pandeshwar. It’s a day designated for the students to come in the traditional attire.
Event was inaugurated with lighting of lamp by the Dean of Institute of Aviation Studies, Prof. Pavithra Kumari; Prof. Kavyashri, course coordinator; Prof. Anjana T.V, cultural coordinator; and the student representatives Mr. Gurukiran, Mr. Gaurav Devadiga, Ms. Diya Salian, Ms. Seema, Ms. Sakshi. The celebrations were followed by a talent hunt program for the crown of ‘Traditional King and traditional Queen’. The event was followed by various rounds, were the students flaunted their traditional attire and also showcased their talent.
The winner of the title Traditional king was Mr. Akshan, 3rd year BBA (Aviation Management) and winner of the title Traditional Queen was Ms. Seema, 2nd year BBA (Aviation Management). The winners were crowned by the Dean, Prof. Pavithra Kumari, Institute of Aviation Studies. It was a great success and it definitely strengthened the bonds among the students and also connected with past, in addition to building memories of present.
