SJEC Men’s & Women’s Table Tennis teams participated in the VTU Mangaluru Division Table Tennis Tournament organised by SMVITM, Bantakal on 29 September 2026 and Men’s Team has emerged as Champions & Women’s Team has claimed the third
place in the Table Tennis tournament.
The teams showcased remarkable skill and determination under the guidance of Ms. Vaneesha V Rodrigues, Physical Education Director (PED), and Mr. Sudheer, Assistant PED. The winning squads featured talented players from UG programs: Men’s Team: Rian Angelo Arouza & Shaman Veigas (7 th Sem CSE), Vian Thomas Mascarenhas (5 th Sem CSE), Rakshan Shetty (3 rd Sem CSDS) and Kanish S Suvarna (1 st Sem ECE). Women’s Team: Nikitha Risha Dsouza & Delicia Riona Noronha (7 th Sem CSE) and Melria Smitha Gonsalves (5 th AIML).
The Management of SJEC congratulates both the teams and the Physical Education Directors for bringing laurels to the institution with this outstanding achievement.
