ಬಾಂಗ್ಲಾದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್ ದೇವಾಲಯಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ದಾಳಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಹಿಂದೂಗಳ ಮೇಲಿನ ದೌರ್ಜನ್ಯವನ್ನು ಖಂಡಿಸಿ , ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಆರ್ಯಸಮಾಜ ಸಮೀಪದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್ ಮಂದಿರದ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ಇದೇ ವೇಳೆ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಕೀರ್ತನೆಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ವಿನೂತನ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಸಿದರು. ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಕಾರುಣ್ಯ ಸಾಗರ್ ದಾಸ್ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಬಾಂಗ್ಲಾದೇಶದ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹಿಂದೂಗಳಿಗೆ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ನೀಡುವ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಜೊತೆ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯನ್ನ ಕೊಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಎಂದು ಅವರು
ಅರಬ್ಬೀ ಸಮುದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೃಹತ್ ಗಾತ್ರದ ಮೀನೊಂದು ಮೀನುಗಾರರ ಬಲೆಗೆ ಬಿದ್ದಿದೆ. ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಮೀನುಗಾರಿಕಾ ಬಂದರಿನಿಂದ ಆಳಸಮುದ್ರ ಮೀನುಗಾರಿಕೆಗೆ ತೆರಳಿದ್ದ ಸಾಗರ್ ಹೆಸರಿನ ಬೋಟ್ ನ ಮೀನುಗಾರರಿಗೆ ಈ ಮೀನು ದೊರಕಿದೆ.ಶಾರ್ಕ್ ಜಾತಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಮೀನು ಇದಾಗಿದ್ದು ಈ ಮೀನು ಹಿಡಿಯುವುದು ನಿಷೇಧವಿದೆ, ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಬಲೆಗೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕ ಮೀನನ್ನು ಮೀನುಗಾರರು ಬಲೆಯಿಂದ ಬಿಡಿಸಿ ವಾಪಾಸು ಸಮುದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸುಮಾರು 1,500 ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ತೂಕ ಈ ಮೀನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದು ಮೀನು ಸೆರೆ
